Do you offer delivery services in Austin?
Yes, we offer local delivery Monday through Friday. Delivery is free for all orders over $65. For orders under $65, there is a $9.99 delivery fee. Simply place your order on our website, and we'll bring your pet supplies right to your door.
What is your return policy?
You can return food and treats within 30 days with original packaging and at least half remaining for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Collars, leashes, and harnesses must be unworn, undamaged, and returned within 15 days. Toys and unused dog wash packages are non-refundable.
Are appointments required for the self-serve dog wash?
No appointments are needed for our self-serve dog wash stations. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis during our regular store hours. We provide all the necessary supplies, so you can just walk in with your dog and get started.
How does the Frequent Buyer Program work?
Our Frequent Buyer Program is free to join and easy to use. When you purchase participating brands of pet food, we automatically track your purchases. After you've bought a specified number of bags (which varies by brand), you'll receive one for free. You must claim your free reward product in-store.
