How do I place an order for local delivery?
All orders must be placed on our website, www.pawsonchicon.com. Please select Local Delivery during checkout.
Will you deliver if I'm not home?
Yes, we will leave your order at your front door if there is no one home. If you have specific delivery instructions for us, please include those instructions at checkout. We will not be responsible if your delivery location is not a secure place. If you order frozen food to be delivered, please be sure you are home as it will not be refunded if it defrosts. Please provide the best place to have your items delivered.
What days do you offer Local Delivery?
We deliver Monday - Friday only. We do not deliver on weekends or any holidays that our stores are closed. Currently those days are: Thanksgiving, Chrismas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day.
What is the timeframe for Local Delivery?
All orders placed on the site will be delivered before the end of the next delivery day. This may mean that an order placed on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday (excluding holidays).

How much does Local Delivery cost?
Our Local Delivery service is free on orders $65.00 and up. Orders under $65.00 are charged a $9.99 delivery fee.
Do my online orders qualify for your Paws on Chicon Loyalty Program?
Yes! All orders placed through our website are tracked. Please note, you must claim any reward products in-store. We will send an email once a reward has been earned.
