You can place your order on line for In- Store pickup.
Will you deliver if I am not at home?
Yes, we will leave your order at your front door if there is no one home. If you have specific delivery instructions for us, please include those instructions at checkout. We will not be responsible if your delivery location is not a secure place. If you order any frozen food to be delivered please make sure you are home as it will not be refunded if defrosts. So please provide the best place to have your items delivered.
What days do you offer Local Delivery?
All orders placed Tuesday-Saturday on the site will be delivered within 24 hours. Orders placed after 3pm on Saturday, or anytime on Sunday or Monday items will be delivered by at 9pm the following delivery day at the latest.
What is the cutoff time for Local Delivery?
All orders received by 3:00 pm are eligible for next day Local Delivery. Orders received after 3:00 pm will be delivered on the following delivery day.
How much does Local Delivery cost?
Our Local Delivery service is $9.99 for orders under $65.00. FREE delivery for orders over $65.00.

Do my online orders qualify for your Paws on Chicon Frequent Buyers Club?
Yes. All orders placed through our website are tracked. But unfortunately the two systems do not talk to one another and you will have to come in and claim your rewards.
